LAB

Each VFILES LAB Fellow participates in a one-year incubation and mentorship program which includes:
  • A calendar year of online and in-person education.
  • Business development support. Access to investors, legal and loan programs
  • $5,000 -$15,000 development grant
  • A world class mentor cohort of founders, creative leaders and advisors
  • Participation in the VFILES LAB SHOW, a sales and mentorship event with industry leaders, press and investors
In 2023, the VFILES Foundation launches the VFILES LAB Discovery Class. Chosen from the VFILES Lab application program, these artists receive a year-long schedule of education and mentorship and full access to the VFILES Discovery network – events, showcases and 12 Mercer Street.  

Being a member of the VFILES LAB Discovery Program means that the Foundation will work with you to develop your brand and provide you with marketing support and access to all VFILES Discovery Platforms.

This year's inaugural program includes director Kelly Butts-Spirito, artists Analise Azadian, Dustrial Dre, Sweetz, Myles Brando and Fashion Designers Celine Kwan, Seokwoon Yoon, Ari Serrano, Leaf Xia, Israel Cobb-Mcintyre for Hubane and Justin Joyner and Andrea Espinoza for username.world.

DISCOVERY

ACADEMY

The VFILES ACADEMY is a college semester of classes currently taught at the Roc Nation School of Music, Sport, and Entertainment. A twelve-class curriculum, this program focuses on creative entrepreneurial thinking, bringing a project to market, and brand building.

The VIA (VFILES INTELLIGENCE AGENCY) is our own global think tank and research lab. Currently, we are continuing our studies in AI and sustainability and are open to providing support and sharing information with other agencies, communities, and programs to benefit others. The VIA also collaborates with brands on community initiatives and creative projects that propel our mission forward.
